How the 2025 medals were awarded
Insurance Business surveyed 700 brokers, asking them to assess underwriting agencies across 17 insurance categories, based on service factors including turnaround times, product suitability, coverage breadth, premium stability, claims responsiveness and overall service.
Through this independent process, AHI was awarded silver in Travel and silver in Accident & Health.
